Is there really any other reason to get a PS4 than this?
This is the only game I want to play, but really don't think it's worth dropping $300 on a console, 80 on a game and dlc, and 5 for online to be able to play properly.

Future games. Sounds like a bullshit reason but going by the past 3 gens the PS is the most consistent brand. The gamepad is not bad, you can connect it to the PC too, so 50 buck goes to that.

I have a PS4, so here's my opinion:
Probably not? Not for a while, at least.
I got the PS4 to play Destiny and Bloodborne. The former turned out to be shit, but the latter I'm still playing to this day.
Most of the decent games on PS4 that aren't also on PC are HD remasters from the PS3 that I already played. If you want to play some of those, the PS4 might be worth it now (on top of Bloodborne). Otherwise, I'd wait to see if there will be more good console/PS4 exclusives in the future before taking the plunge.
That said, Bloodborne is really fucking good and it's keeping me from regretting my PS4 purchase.

However, PS4 is the only console with a future. A bright one, too. Plenty of great exclusives coming. I'm waiting for about 10 games to come out that interest me before I take the plunge.

I did this senpai. Wait for a Cowboom deal on a floor model, borrow a controller from a friend, and sell when you're done.
I think at the end it cost me $20. Nearly sold it at break even price.
