>Playing the bad guy.
>Too much of a moralfag to do bad stuff and ending up good guy.
>Again.
I'm not the only one, right?
>>320499948
>play as bad guy
>literally no advantages
>everything gets worse for you
>end up as good guy
This is my problem with it.
>play as the bad guy
>npc ask you for help with something
>"no, fuck you and your generic quest"
>end up with no exp and no gold
>>320500053
You're still playing the bad guy
>>320499948
Same here. Although I'd argue the whole good evil dichotomy is flawed in general and is mostly not done well, especially in vidya.
>>320500053
I think the problem is how we perceive being a good guy. If they literally have a good-evil slider it's already failed in my eyes because I doubt anyone who could be described as evil sees themselves as such.
>>320499948
My problem with game that have moral choices is that most of them do it in retarded way.Often I can be either psychopath or good guy, there is no way to be "I only do what benefits me, I can be nice when I need to" or other choices
>>320500169
Hey it's just like real life.
>>320499948
>play bad guy
>Save good guy +15k exp, +2 str + 15k money
>Kill guy and family +16k exp
>well... this guys had a hard life... I should help him
>+10 morality
>alignment changed to good!
Fuck.
>>320499948
I want more of these stupid "choose your morality" bullshit games to have the evil side be right more often. It's always
>Make an army of fanatic followers
>Blow up your own ship and rape the survivors
Why give me the option to pursue two chains of morality if one has literally no purpose. Plenty of evil characters in mediums have come away from things with more than the player characters ever get.

>video games
>real life
That's exactly what i don't want. I want to be a bad person and get what i want.

Well kill them and rob them.
