P4 Golden is the best candidate because it adds so much useless and unnecessary shit gameplay and story-wise that it puts a damper on the experience.
>>320500000
Thats a special post.
Also the Special Editions of vidya are when Rockstar releases an auto-update that I cant decline, and the only thing it does is remove a few songs from the game.

Holy shit
Just holy shit
I didn't even read the content of your post because of those BEAUTIFUL ZEROS

You know what you did.

>opinions literally no one has
I'll agree that P4 Golden was unnecessary, but aside from the Marie shit, all of the additions actually did improve the game. I mean what, are you trying to say you like your demons to have randomized transferred skills? Because if your really want specific moves you'd just reset till you got them, Golden just cuts the middle man.

I hope everyone realizes this scene wasn't in the original theatrical release at all
I normally don't give 2 fucks about shit wars but what edition came out in 2004 for another version?
Also, I agree with >>320500000 though maybe RE4 has seen more editions than the first.

WITNESSED
>>320500523
The problem was that the game wasn't balanced to accommodate these new changes, even in the hardest difficulty setting. I was able to steamroll most bosses solo on my first playthrough of Golden.
>>320500607
That's not Jabba.
>>320500000
quints of truth
>>320500647
I just meant the pic makes it seem like the scene was in the 1977 release, which it wasn't. It was added on later and tweaked over time.

>>320500607
This cut didn't make it into the first movie, so yes he was. The special edition went back and masked him with a CG Jabba.

time to post this on reddit
>>320500607
They filmed the scene with an actor for Han to work off of, but they didn't have the time or money to put Jabba in the scene, and they didn't have his design finalized either, so they left it out. Lucas held onto the footage and they finally completed the scene with the 1997 re-release. In 2004 they updated it with the Jabba model from "The Phantom Menace".

Are you people really that easily amused by a post ending with more than three zeroes?
>>320500693
To be honest it wasn't that hard to begin with if you knew what you were doing, but no they definitely didn't compensate with all the bikes and new buffs and shit.
Maybe they expected people to just start on hard mode since most had beaten the game years ago already.

I was so mad I couldn't play it for more than an hour before going back to fanpatched original version

lol
>>320500607
Yeah, Lucas wanted Jabba to be an alien, but they didn't have the time or technology to pull it off. They filmed it with a human, but Lucas cut the scene because he wasn't happy with it and didn't think it added anything to the plot.
If you pay attention to that scene in the remastered version of A New Hope, Han still refers to Jabba as a human being.
>>320502798
The sarcastic way Han says it still makes it work.
Another fun fact, in the Special Edition they also added Boba Fett to the scene, he wasn't in the original release.
>>320503193
Now that you mention it, he looks fake as fuck there.
