Under no circumstances should it be Hamauzu, but he's the second likeliest it will be. His music is awful.
Suzuki would produce a batshit OST. I would actually prefer him over everyone else except Ishimoto and Mizuta. At least I wouldn't be bored and in a perfect world VIIr should have a really daring OST like the original in its time. But that's not going to happen, so I can just hope for non-bad remixes.
Ishimoto is too inconsistent, his good tracks are really good while his bad ones makes me wish i never have to hear him again, but i guess he would be good if there's no new composition since some of his stuff can sound pretty generic, some cutscene musics from Dissidia, CC and Type-0 sounds like it's straight from the same game

He's actually quite versatile; not game many composers can switch between operatic orchestrals, hard rock, modern pop, and lonely, depressive melancholy so easily. His tracks however often have a rather weird, almost alien sound to them, which I guess is rather characteristic.
