Am I the only one who thinks FOB content isn't all that bad?
I like how fucking tense it can be, I have played the SP so much that it just feels like a joke in terms of challenge. But FOB is much more unforgiving. No OP companion, have to be careful not to waste items, sometimes you might even want to avoid enemies completely.
I just feels more balanced than the SP, where I just tranq and fulton everything. FOB feels like shit is legitmately at stake.

you have to download the dlc (it's free) it wont work right now if you're in the US since the ps store hosts that data and they have not updated to the patch the servers are on. (they will today around noon PST) but once you've downloaded and installed it, it will appear as an option on the title screen. Like Continue, Options, Upload GZ save, Metal Gear Online. Or you can select in the main game by pressing select in the ACC and selecting "go to Metal gear online". If you're on PC you'll have to wait until January.

More useless cosmetic items, pointless Tier 8+ weapons which require buying a second FOB, and 'Challenge Tasks'. Great. The Challenge Tasks thing inundates you with a huge amount of frankly unnecessary rewards if you've already completed the game, to the point where I was simply not able to collect 20+ of the GMP rewards.
Still no complete ending, and no MGO on the PC (yet). I've had my fun with MGSV, but I think it's time to uninstall and let it fade into obscurity.
