Well the second DS4 controller's useless because there aren't any multiplayer games unless you like fighting games.
All the games you listed besides Tearaway and Bloodborne aren't actually all that good, with Tearaway losing a lot of the charm from the Vita version in the transition from the system.
I'll buy a PS4 when Yakuza 0 comes out so I can play that, Persona 5 so that it looks pretty, Bloodborne, and a few other exclusives, but for the most part building a PC's way better.
