They never lower prices on their games, the WiiU is pretty much dead in the water with their console, and it's exclusives kind of suck. The only exclusive games WiiU has that interest me are Tropical Freeze, Sm4sh, and MK8. Plus the online and third party support are fucking shit.

I haven't due to paid online, lack of exclusives, and lack of backwards compatibility for PS3 (to be fair, PS3 emulation is hardly possible yet and putting PS3 hardware inside a PS4 would probably make it too expensive).
I hope 2016 will bring in more exclusives like they say it will. Too bad Sony can't keep most of its exclusives from appearing on PC or other consoles for some stupid reason. AFAIK Ni No Kuni 2 and Nier: Automata are only PS4 exclusive for the time being. PC and other console ports haven't actually been confirmed yet, but it's still a likely possibility (which sort of explains the "PC CONFIRMED SONYGGERS BTFO" shitposting).

Bloodborne was the main reason. I wouldn't just let this great game slip away from me. Then there's also 2016's lineup which is simply outstanding and I think it's gonna be the best year we've had since the ps2 days and I'm interested in pretty much everything coming out, most of which are PS4 exclusive. So far I've also used it to play dark souls 2, PT, TLOU Remastered (didn't play the ps3 one) and Destiny. I'm currently making two builds on bloodborne (Bloodtinge and a STR one) and I will still be playing it for a long while since I love pvp, fight clubs and shit. I decided to buy it this year even though most of the reasons to own one are coming next year because I was just too fucking hyped for Bloodborne. Luckily, it more than delivered and is by my far my personal GOTY.
So yeah, that's basically it.
I will be buying it in 2017 probably. Maybe later if they still haven't fucked off with the $400+ prices in Canada.

We all know what really happened, the PS4 is nowhere near powerful enough to do what they had planned for that game. It got scaled back and down to run at more than single digit FPS, then scope increased to make up for it, then the hardware was still too weak, and now if it ever comes out it will look nothing like that awesome trailer. Shame really.
