They could be pushing for full exclusivity on a lot of titles they are partially funding, but they aren't. This is important since after the PS4 dies, those games won't die with it.
Even if they are initially PS4 only, other people will get to them eventually and they won't be lost to the fans after 10 years.
You know that MS and Nintendo wouldn't be this bro about this. They aren't competing with PC because they know they have a certain audience and PC-only people are not among them.

Sony is likely aware that selling games to PC gamers won't ruin the draw of "exclusivity" to their system. PC gamers are a different market from console gamers, aside from those of us that choose to own both. For that reason, having "console exclusives" and selling the games on PC as well both makes their console stronger relative to their real competition and brings in some extra money from the PC base.

It was probably their plan all along since they made the PS4 architecture so similar to PC. I can't blame them, when the port is easy as fuck to do they generate more sales and make more money by selling games on other platforms. PS4 still has the biggest market share right now, they just found a way to make a bit of extra money.
