PC only games are not made out of greed and to push sales of PC though.
PC exclusives are made by people who only know how to devolop on PC or because consoles can't handle the game.
PC is also an open platform, anyone can make games for it and they don't have to get approval or pay Sony, MS or Nintendo for licenses and dev kits.

I used to maintain a gaming PC and then I got a Sony thing and a Nintendo thing. Now I see absolutely no reason to grab a Playstation and I just default to PC because its a lazier and cheaper option.
