Anon just download SNES NES and NDS emu and grab a torrent of dump for these or download from any site.
Literally thousands of game, you'll find hidden gems there.
If you have 8gb ram then:
Above+Wii and PSP emu, (PS1 and PS2 games are also there)

I used a Radeon HD 6450 while playing these games before. That's only slightly better than a GT 220. You'll have to lower settings, but they should all work fairly fine.
