The combination of ai and stealth mechanics make up for the fact that the level design isn't that detailed, it's definitely not dog shit though it works fine. Bosses were disappointing but it had a lot of great miniboss moments and levels that used it's cinematic style and tone to create an amazing fucking atmosphere at times.

You wouldn't know good level design if it bit you in the ass. The major bases in TPP were all much better designed than Camp Omega. Guard placement was better relative to the AI's abilities, there were more paths through each base and more points of entry, the was far less dead space, and the levels just flowed better. Camp Omega was comparatively sloppy to TPP's bases.

They still call out. The only change is there's a bigger window in between them spotting you and the rest of the base going on alert.

I specified the major bases in my post. Camp Omega has tons of dead space inside the actual base. MGSV's bases have much tighter design so that there's little wasted space. Yes, there's plenty of dead space outside of the major areas, but that's all easily avoided. GZ's was not.

Funny, every player I've seen has only run into them 1 or 2 times outside missions, and basically only at the airport. I've played 150 hours, gotten caught loads sneaking in. There should be cameras. Only seen them once at the airport, never again.
I meant the call out feature when holding a guard up. A cool feature, and I used it several times.
The game's literally easy mode. You have to actually limit yourself past mission 10 to not be overpowered. Bizarrely, there's also no hard mode choice besides the padding missions.

How would you describe your play style? I saw on the map that additional cameras were an adaptation the AI would make, but I only saw them in the airport. I didn't even see them at OKB Zero.
