Is it worth asking for a PsVita for Christmas and why?
I own a PSTV and a VITA. I also own every size VITA memory card out there (which is partly why I purchased the VITA).
The VITA purchase was a mistake. Even though the games I planned on buying at the time are all on clearance, those games would have been played far more.
All you need is PSTV, PS3 controller, and a 64GB VITA memory card.

Didn't play Shinobido 2 because I own a PSTV but I played the Tenchu games and it seem mostly the same.
You just go ninja style and kill a target.

There's a demo so just try it first.
i bought a vita and i dont really regret it. most of the games i got on there were either ps1 games, ff games (some remakes some not), other jrpgs, and like two actual ps vita games. ps vita is more of a niche platform that people either fell in love with (for a number of reasons) or immediately regretted. i personally liked it because of the comfy feeling i got from relaxing and playing some old games i liked on the pretty screen. i didn't even really take it outside with me much, i just preffered it over playing something else in most cases. like most people already said, if you're not big on weeb games and ps1 classics on a handheld then don't buy it.

Yup got me a PS3/4 and PSPlus and I don't mind indie games if they're good as I've wanted to play Shovel Knight for ages. And yeah I have a few PSX games. Maybe i'll develop to public transport player.
