My favorite game happens to be Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, for its deconstruction of the action hero genre in games as well as elevating itself outside of the medium via unconventional storytelling and philosophical narratives.

I thought it was ok at first, but I was turned off by the ridiculous amount of bugs and glitches.
I went back to it later though, and when I actually started listening to the radio and collecting the various coolgunz available, I enjoyed it a lot more.
I'd say it's twice as good a game as FO3, despite having 3 times as many bugs.
