absolutely not. What can happen though, is if you turn vsync on in game and you frequently drop like more that 10 frames below 60, it will shoot down to 30 then back again
So, turn vsync off in game if thats a problem for you, and turn it on in your nvidia control panel (if using nvidia)

Standard is 6mil but if you want neon colors ect you have to pay extra. Mine was +8mil total but I have military Lazers protecting it and personal Helipad ect. It's pointless if I'm honest. Buy the Limo with minigun instead.

Although if you have a 144hz monitor im assuming you are capable of pushing high framerates.
So if you can maintain that solid 60 i would strongly suggest using vsync in game and on the nvidia control panel and use something else to limit framerate, otherwise youll get crazy fucking screen tearing.
