Been loving Syndicate - what backdrop/setting/era do you want to see in future games?
is that darksydephil?
Scuttlebutt is that the next game is a western.
>Been loving Syndicate
Assassin's Creed Wizards. Drop the historic shit and get into fantasy.
An ending

>tfw syndicate is ok for an AC game
>tfw no one gives a fuck because of unityfuck em
How about an Amazonian title where you can jump through rainforests and shit like Tarzan? Plus since AC is notorious for bugs it'd be the perfect setting
>>320269737
Syndicate is trash and the only above average modern AC game is Black Flag

>No one gives a fuck because it's Assassin's Creed Anon
>No one gives a fuck because it's Ubishit

Pretty sure there's some fitting setting in the 4000 years of Chinese history. Mite be kewl.
Especially since I know jackshit about chink history.

>Red Dead Redemption remade by Ubisoft
>John Marston wearing a hoodie
>>320269464
It's actually pretty fun for an AC game. Way better than Unity.
>>320269737
Intellectually challenged faggots always come out of the wood work every fucking year with the "this one isn't so bad, guys. I'm having fun! Yippy skippy!"
China or something would be pretty cool if made properly
>>320269737
Ubisoft was warned that fans had been getting sick of the series, they were told they were on thin ice and then Unity came out.
1. Ancient Egypt: because Templar pharaoh and climbing dem pyramids
2: Hellenistic era Athens: purely for the architecture and setting.
3. Tsarist Russia: no main argument, it'd just be neato.
4: feudal Japan: because samurai.
ERE era Constantinople
ancient Egypt
punic wars era Carthage
>AC will never do any era earlier than a previous game for some reason
>AC will never fucking get out of Western Europe/ America again
>All the interesting settings are reserved for shitty 'Chronicles' games
End it
as long as the architecture is interesting its a good setting.
3 sucked for this sole reason
>>320270638
that wasn't the sole reason. I'm an AC apologist and even I can see that 3 and Unity were not very good at all
I'm saying yes to the Wild West theme - imagine the steam trains! And the return of horses! And leaps of faith off canyons!
AC: Syndicate
>takes place in Victorian England, an era known for it's great literature
>Ubisoft chose to borrow the plot from Final Fight/Streets of Rage (an evil street gang has taken over EVERYTHING in the city)
>unfortunately they didn't learn anything about fighting mechanics or enemy design from those games
In this image you can see every enemy you'll fight in this 20+ hour game
Assassin's Creed: Horde
You would play as an imperial assassin to the Khagan (great khan) and deal with his political and military opponents. It would be an interesting experience since pop culture depicts the Mongolian Empire as a bunch of jabbering savages when they were actually quite civilized. The fact that some of the Khan's had seasonal palaces adds a great deal of map variety. Depending on the time frame, you could play a part in founding China's Yuan Dynasty. Just a thought.

>AC cowboy game
>it's actually just a cowboy game that focuses on gold or something
>little amount of assassin stuff
could be okay
>>320271861
>pop culture depicts the Mongolian Empire as a bunch of jabbering savages
popular culture doesn't fucking depict Mongolians at all
>>320271861
Samefag:
a) it would also (hopefully) force development of halfway decent mounted combat.
b)Singapore would also be an interesting locale.

You've never seen South Park or Mulan? Or that Ben Stiller abortion, Night at the Museum? There's definitely more but I can't think of any off the top of my head. I'm not saying it's super common, just that it does occasionally occur.
