Destiny Island and the intro town from KH2. They were stupid comfy but there was fuck-all going on that wasn't obnoxious.

Twilight Town. Destiny Island sucked but god damn TT was fucking horrible. It's the epitome of "want to replay game x but remember that part."

Terrydactyland in Banjo-Tooie. Atmosphere is awesome and the jiggies are all fun to collect, but it's probably the worst example of "world to big and empty" of all the levels in B-T. The whole place should be swarming with killer dinosaurs and there's like 3 enemies roaming around

It's so fucking vertical too, with not a whole lot to do once you get up there. Also, the transformations felt kind of forced, like they had to let you turn into a dinosaur, but didn't really have anything planned after you did.

It really does. And it has a great atmosphere thats really distinct from all the other levels in game. It's just so fucking annoying, holy shit. Fall to your death in the engine room? Hope you like collecting all those notes again. Also the water drains air twice as fast. And while we're at it, if you fall into the water, you can only get out at like four places.
