Logitech G502 is pretty good if you don't mind xtreme design and blue leds.
I honestly dont think I could play vidya anywhere near as well without all the macro buttons on my G700.

It's a gaming mouse, not a gamer mouse. I had the same with the MX518 - I only realised how great it was when I tried another mouse.
