UlforceV-dramon's in. All the Royal Knights are. But UlforceV-dramon isn't a Super Ultimate. UlforceV-dramon Future Mode is, but it hasn't been acknowledged by Bamco in over ten years. Its last appearance was on a single card around thirteen years ago. Since then, it's never appeared on anything again.
As for Susanoomon, none of the Spirit Digimon are in. So there's no Agnimon or Vritramon or anything of the sort.
Imperialdramon Paladin Mode isn't an Omegamon. It's just wielding Omegamon's power.

Overall, the Super Ultimates aren't anything special in and of themselves, aside from maybe Lucemon. Omegamon and Imperialdramon aren't significantly more powerful than Alphamon or UlforceV-dramon. In fact, if you take Passive Skills into account, then those two are are probably more useful overall.

A lot of Digimon from that manga were largely ignored. In fact, outside of V-dramon~Ulforce and Arkadimon, pretty much all of the unique, original Digimon from that manga have never been acknowledge by Bamco.
The author seemed to have a habit of creating a shitload of original Digimon without Bamco's consent. Most likely, no one asked him to create Super Ultimates or stuff like Dominimon, he just made those up on his own. So really, Bamco has no obligation to use his stuff.

Really? Honestly, the manga itself was pretty mediocre and a lot of the unique Digimon looked kind of lame. As far as I'm aware, most of the V-dramon line and probably Arkadimon was created by the main Digimon creator at Bandai at the time. Future Mode, however, has never been drawn by anyone other than the author, so it's likely that he just made it up on his own.
You can't really create new Digimon on your own with Bamco's consent. It'd be like making up your own Pokemon without Game Freak's permission. I mean, you can, but they'll probably get ignored.

Yes, Japanese words like "Jogress", "Digisoul" and "Xros", it was totally necessary to replace them, since they aren't based on English at all.
I've never played a single Digimon game nor did I watch the Digimon cartoon, but I'm hyped for the game regardless. It looks, feels and sounds like a proper mainline SMT game for a real console rather than a handheld and that's rad as fuck. The story itself seems to be taking ques from MegaTen as well, although as I'm not familiar with the series so I'm not sure if these are old staples (hackers summoning monsters via computer magic).

I'd imagine that this game will be less censored than others, what with how it's made for an older demographic and, unlike games made for small children, it's harder to get away with censorship, especially for a series with as rabid a fanbase as Digimon.

The thing that makes it so good for people who are fans of Digimon are the use of prominent groups of Digimon that are important in the "lore" of the franchise.
