The one gripe I have with RC is that your squad members specialties don't actually mean anything. Like, make Fixer hack doors faster than everyone else, or Sev be way more accurate than the others, and then let you specifically choose who you assign to things instead of the closest guy doing it.

Jedi Outcast definitely has a better singleplayer campaign, but Jedi Academy's multiplayer is literal perfection

I'd like a star wars game where you play as jedi who somehow lives very long and goes through all the movie timelines. Blend of jedi and samurai lore. Very little health 2-3 hits kill you but realistic damage from light sabers. Handles like Metal Gear Rising. Cameos of Delta Squad clone commandos. Travel to planets at will. Fight the CIS then the Empire.
It's been an idea floating in my head for a while there's more details but meh.

Jedi Outcast was such a fun game to fuck around in with console commands. Saber realistic combat and giving yourself force abilities and a light saber in the early levels where you didn't have them was so much fun.
Also easily my most favorite iteration of Storm Troopers. They're just so goofy and fun to kill.

- RTS: Empire at war, although galactic battleground has much better ground battles, EaW has epic space battles.
Less recommended:
- Battlefront games. All are pretty crappy games that only stand on the star wars name, although 1 was the best of the lot.
- Republic commando: very un-Star Warsy, decent game overall but doesn't really give you an epic star wars experience

Sins of Galatic Empire is a good Star Wars mod for Sins of Solar Empire. There is also a nice Star Wars mod for Mount & Blade, really big.
