Logan's Loophole doubles the duration of every Aid item, including Stealth Boys. It stacks with the Chemist perk, which does the same thing, for quadruple duration Stealth Boys.

Skilled can be taken at Doc Mitchell's house, removed when you leave Goodsprings, and you will keep the skill points, unlike Good Natured.

Fast Shot reduces the amount of AP needed to use an attack in VATS by 20%, which is really good for VATS builds, especially ones with the Concentrated Fire and Math Wrath Perks.

I also forgot to mention, in regards to Skilled, that taking it again when you leave Goodsprings will leave you with +10 to all skills instead of +5.

Big Rex makes Rex not completely fucking useless.

Powered Power Armour, makes Power Armour bigger (like 30% bigger than your average npc size) and adds in all sorts of cool helmet UI visualizations and enhancements to the power armour to actually make it feel like a mech suit.

Existence Radio for really atmospheric music in the same vein as Fallout 1's brooding atmosphere.

Fiends Dialogue Enabled and Fiends Friend. Allows you to be friendly with friends and activates unused dialogue.

NCR Trooper Overhaul Beta for the best NCR new armour models.

New Vegas Uncut Freeside Open: Restores Freeside to what it originally was in development until features were cut for console performance using deactivated files ingame.

FLVJOD freeside (needs patch to work with Freeside Open) makes Freeside look much nicer.

XV Enclave Rework. Cool Enclave suit.

I always really enjoyed the actual story that quests had. I felt fallout 4 was seerely lacking in the actual interesting quests department. I don't want something to exemplify your new and improved gameplay, I want the side quests to tell interesting stories, in you know, an RPG. God fallout 4 was so disappointing in that department.
