I didn't play any shumps today. I did listen to some shump music though.

the times I've gotten close have felt great, yeah
I'm just not that great. I'll get really far and then just make a huge mistake and blow all my lives in rapid succession
but I also don't practice extensively with one single game, so it's not like I expect to be amazing. I like jumping around and playing lots of shmups for a few hours

Just beat SNES Gradius 3 for the first time right now. I used like 5 credit on the Stage 9 boss since it was my first time reaching it but, other than that, the run was pretty much flawless.
Should be able to 1cc pretty soon.It's gonna be my first 1cc :3

Makes the game easier. And it's the only shmup I own a physical copy of so I feel like I should be able to beat it.
