It's not, Vanilla WoW is just Cataclysm wow, with insta-gib crit fest with zero skill involved just who has best pve gear. No resilience so no point in using any of the HWL/GM gear. Class rogue/mage still best classes since other classes don't get their tool kit until after tbc (spell reflect, etc)

WoW's ToS explicitly states that multi-boxing is okay so long as you're using certain methods (which the multi-boxers flooding the servers are).
The problem is they're running with huge numbers (highest profile multiboxer is up to like 100+ now), and macroing toys, emotes, character effects, and everything imaginable to all their abilities to intentionally crash the server by DDOS attack in-game.
Blizzard says that _that_ is ToS, but the fact that people are flooding their CS, support and GM outlets with undeniable proof of it happening, and they haven't done a single thing about it (not even a simple statement saying that they're looking into it), shows that they don't care so long as they're getting dosh from all those accounts active at one time.
