There is already mention of Malachor V in the movie, and it's going to play out completely differently from the KOTOR story, just to make sure Revan and all things related not only get wiped out from Star Wars lore, but instead get overwritten by Disney-canon parts so no one can ever take them seriously.

We were so close to Revan appearing in Clone Wars and becoming canon in some form. He was set to appear in an episode but Lucas himself cut it. Kylo Ren is obviously borrowing some from Revan visually but the character will probably be very different.
I do wonder if the MMO's days are numbered. Disney probably won't want to support something so high profile that isn't even part of their new continuity for too much longer.

The big one was probably changing it so that instead of being split up as kids after Eva's death, they were together hunting demons and shit into their teens and only split up a while before the events of DMC3. They handwaved it a bit, but even with the handwave it's still inconsistent with DMC1.
There's also just the entire existence of Rebellion and the role of Force Edge if you want to count that.
