Railroad quests were the best, considering there was actual tension, and having to go in an uphill battle against two overpowered factions. It felt like the player did shit, instead of just getting carried by the faction itself. Not to mention none of the characters were edgy faggots.

Being general of the Minutemen should me directing which patrols go where. Training them so they don't drop after one laser to the face.
Being leader of the Institute should have you decide whether or not to nuke every non-synth or whatnot not taking a 'this is an order' from anybody.
Even back in Elder scrolls, after you become leader of the Thieves Guild, well that's the end if the main quest line and now you're still taking small jobs from them instead of acting like an actual leader and planning elaborate heists involving the whole gang.
Or when becoming 'leader' of the Companions you still take jobs to kill a bear instead of say a fight where you bring the rest of the gang.
I knew none of these were gonna be implemented. I just sit back and think how it would have been neat to see some changes made after you take charge of a faction.

The Brotherhoods objective is complete, without putting them in an increased position of power over the Commonwealth. They simply cannot be entrusted with too much power. Finally, The Minutemen are now in the best position to recruit and look out for the common man. This is the best outcome for the Commonwealth and Sole Survivor bar none.

I know all the Raider armours change once fully upgraded, like the Heavy chest unupgraded has basically a shopping cart basket covering the top, and Sturdy Raider chest fully upgraded has some three-pronged thing sticking out towards the top.
I think I noticed leather gets more stiches and bolts n' screws attached to it, not sure about Synth and Combat armour I've only noticed colour but I haven't used them as much.
