Character sprites (and font) are seriously the only bad thing about this remake. They updated everything like in the PSP remakes but then used the FF Dimensions as base for character sprites because it was cheaper.

Yeah, native rest for FF6 is 576x384. No filtering unless you upscale then it uses a forced blinear upscaler.
