the biggest changes are that they removed classes and instead replaced them with light/med/heavy archetypes. they made 80% of weapons free for new players and all weapons free if you ever had gold before the patch (even if it was free gold from a facebook promo). and they rebalanced pretty much everything

Heard about the update and test servers a while ago, I guess it's time to download the game again. I'll give it a try see what's changed.
I used to get so much hate for playing tcn almost exclusively, but I loved fighting 2 brutes and a jugg in the gen room and trolling infiltrators with motion sensors.

Have you played the new update? There is absolutely no money to be made from this. If you spent a dollar on the game you unlock everything, so XP is worthless and so are boosts. The only thing you can pay money for is skins and voice packs, but all the gold you previously spent was refunded.

My turrets get fucked and i can't deal with heavies destroying the structures.
Heavies are such fun to play now:
Heavy Spinfusor for 2-3 GOTTAGOFASTs, CQC, and midrange
Chaingun for chasing and dueling
Mortar for area denial, snipin' and base harassing
Flex slot for Saber harassment / Pistol / Shotty / whatever
It's like all of the useful stuff from heavies got rolled into one nice package.
