The confrontation where the party confrontsOliverand Estelle refers to herself as a "B-Rank Bracer" after all that build up stings like an arrow through the heart. I almost wanted to load a save from a hidden sidequest I missed in Chapter 6 and play through the last 6 hours over again.
To be fair, realistically i don't think Estelle is A-Rank bracer. Way too weak and young for that.

Yeah it's kinda silly that you can achieve the highest bracer rank in a few months by mostly just grinding random monsters and fetch jobs. Meanwhile other Bracers who have been doing the job for years are something like rank C to B at most.

Well shit. I think I missed 1 hidden sidequest in chapter 6, got 1 incorrect answer on a sidequest in chapter 2, and was 1 turn away from killing Dalmore's aid on the airship, so I wasn't anywhere near as close as I thought I was.
Knowing how tight that check is makes me feel a bit better though. This is not the best game for people with OCD.
I have no idea what I've missed. I gave correct answers to everything too. I also did the lighthouse and the abandoned mine side quests.
I've explored everything and backtracked to most of the important location after before moving to the next chapter. Somehow I also managed to miss 11 chests.

Beating Gilbert on the Ouroboros ship beforeJoshuacan save you is 5 points. There are 3, I think, hidden sidequests in Chapter 8, but I imagine you got all those. I don't recall if the crime scene investigation with the mayoral candidates in Ruan was hidden or not.

Joshua is easily A-class, maybe even higher. He masterfully solved that hostage situation and almost managed to take an ouroboros ship, only stopped thanks to Estelle getting caught.

Yeah Gilbert, the election assault, 3 missable quests on Ch8, any of one several quests that can be completed but require you to do extra work for full points like the fishing quest. Oh and the chapter 4 mist maze for example requires you to solve it within x tries for full points.
There's just a lot of very missable shit that you kinda need a guide for.

Yeah I did the 3 in ch8. The investigation was semi hidden. It didn't appear in the bracer book but the characters said in dialog that they should visit Nial in the hotel which then makes the investigation unmissable.
I made dorothy take the picture. I did reload a couple of times on the mist forest to finish it the fastest I could but maybe it wasn't enough.
I didn't beat Gilbert in times so that's 5 points right there I guess.

Yeah the mist Maze takes 8 moves to solve reading a guide, you must solve it within 20 moves for +3 BP. Which is kinda bullshit since solving it without a guide is just blindly guessing until you get it right, there's no way to 'figure it out' or anything, you just move to one of 4 directions and hope you picked the right one. And Gilbert is a pain in the ass, god forbid you have win against him on a higher difficulty.
Oh and yeah that picture taking quest was bullshit since when you're offered the quest you have 0 fucking idea that you get Dorothy with you later in the chapter.

Cassius is a monster no matter what weapon he uses. I think when he was dueling Julia it was stated that he achieved some sort of enlightenment and his knowledge of weapons reached such a point he can utilize a staff as a master even though he trained with swords, his general understanding of weapons transcends just one type. Estelle is very far from this.

Yeah the staff usage for Cassius is more about the philosophy of using a less lethal weapon than a sword. He can just as easily do stupid feats with it anyway.
