Undertale is a gateway bullethell of the worst kind. It's a bad game, a clusterfuck of story and characterization that isn't very well done by any aspect, but which attempts to compensate for its weaknesses by adding in excessive shipping faggotry and DETERMINATION. The normal anon can see this as the shit it is, and may enjoy it, hate it or be indifferent to it, but all the while recognizing that the game itself, regardless of their opinion, is plain bad.
However, these very aspects that try to smear over the shit of its core make it a breeding ground for aspie, unsociable underageb& faggots who engage in every kind of faggotry both online and in the real world. That's really the main thing it has going for it is replay value. There's over 20 Neutral endings, plus Pacifist and Genocide giving incentive for at least 3 playthroughs. Plus seeing how Neutral and Pacifist vary post-Genocide.

I don't find the game GOTY 10/10 material, i had fun, and i see why people can hate it but i frankly don't give a fuck whether Tumblr likes it or not

There are only three real endings, and the game is short enough that I would consider going for all three of them to be one playthrough. It's possible to play the game in such a way that you just jump from the neutral ending right into the pacifist ending without doing a full second playthrough, and in a genocide playthrough, most of the original text and story is outright removed because characters won't interact with you.
After I finished all three routes, I decided that the boss fights were fun enough that I wanted to replay them, and I figured I might as well see the post-genocide pacifist ending with my own eyes, but it became incredibly boring. There are plenty of different endings, but aside from a genocide playthrough, absolutely zero variation along the way. You have to sit through so many story beats that were so obviously designed to be seen once or twice, because half of the humour or spectacle supporting them is that you didn't expect them.
On top of all of that, the game actively tries to guilt you out of replaying the game after it's decided that you've done enough. That won't deter anyone who actually wants to replay it and has enough of a functioning brain to realize games are fictional, but I think it says a lot about how the game was designed.
