The face and hair editor is coming in January so there's that, plus if you play with the sliders you can get something good, it just makes the game look worse when everyone and their mother makes fucking monsters out of their characters.
The 2008 Turok remake was pretty good until you hit about the middle of the game when it stops focusing on Dino enemies and changes to humans.
The multilayer modes were fun as fuck because they added AI dinos into normal modes like TDM and CTF.

Oh it's an issue, my thing is though unless you have a potato of a computer you'll be fine, I have a $800 build from a year ago and can run it all medium settings. See, dinosaurs can be divided into two groups. Ornithischians and Saurischians.
The ornithischians were dinosaurs like Stegosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Triceratops, and Parasaurolophus. These guys probably did not have feathers, but instead some of them possessed quill like filaments.
The Saurischians need to be divided into two more groups. Sauropods, like the Brontosaurus and Diplodocus. And Theropods, like everyone's favorite Tyrannosaurus and Velociraptor.
The Sauropods most likely did not have covering of any kind, due to their massive size.
The Theropods most likely all had feathers at one point in their life. Sorta how all mammals have hair at some point in their life.
Also. Birds evolved from Theropods something in the late Jurassic period, and are very close to the group that includes the famous raptors.

To put it simply, the lead dev of Primal Carnage implemented a lot of really awful changes to the game, swore up and down that there were no bugs in the game then quit, which lead to Lukewarm media pretty much dissolving with only a couple of the original team to make the remake.
