Unless the game has DSi enhanced features, then it will be region locked on DSi/3DS. I don't think DSi enhanced features are always clearly marketed on the box, and most games after a certain year have them.

I really loved the idea of it. It's half incredible machine, half pac-man adventure with the way you manipulate her emotions. But a lot of the later stages really are bullshit and I didn't have any fun at all.

The dev was making it by himself, and he was doing it pretty damn well. Hell, I got at least 5 hours out of it from unlocking everything and checking out all the secrets.

Omega Labyrinth, it's a game about a girl who wants a bigger chest. It plays like a 3D roguelike game, looks a lot like Sorcery Saga, and as you kill enemies your breasts get bigger. When the buttons finally burst off of your straining shirt it counts as an attack. Maybe that's enough to import it?
But the girls don't get all that massive in game, an eastern J-cup is still pretty small, especially since the girls are so thin. I think I'd get a lot more out of it with all the flavor text between dungeons, before fighting bosses, and from the boob fairy.
