I just want another Dark Souls 1. I played through 1 using guides and wikis to learn all the lore. I regretted it, but being that the game was so vague and difficult left me at times with no choice.

So now that I have experienced a Souls game, I want to experience it again but fresh. Just throw me into a world with no explanation and let me find my way.

just decent hitboxes. the first dark souls was perfectly fine with hitboxes, then the second one had all these attacks that warped your character into them (ogre grab, pursuer stab)

and the fact that every attack with your weapon hit the floor for some reason, draining the already low amount of durability which just required you to buy and maintain another consumable item. it added no depth to the game.

The game would be too easy if armor was too powerful. The problem is that it changes very little, so what they should do is make it so that if you're wearing no armor then you take extra damage, if you're wearing light armor you still take extra damage but less than before, medium you take the standard amount, and then at heavy armor you finally take reduced damage.

If they could actually make Chalice Dungeons fun and random, that would be ideal for people interested more in PvE. I don't know if they could do it though, and it would probably take too much from the main game. They'd have to have randomized outdoor assets and areas from the base game to keep it from being stale/samey like CDs were in Bloodborne.

Not at all.

Poise is like hyper armor, except you have it at ALL times, even while idle. And poise can be broken, while hyper armor will allow the whole animation before you can be staggered again.

Let me rephrase that actually. It's okay for it to be activated for certain attacks. But like in Dragon's Dogma it should also be based on certain statistics of your character. Like for instance using certain attacks with GS gives maybe 300 damage worth of hyper armor. But then also having a certain heavy armor maybe adds another 200 damage worth of hyper armor where each piece is around 50 hyper armor given towards all attacks etc.

FRCs actually allow you to find really good loot, like tier 3 runes, weapon variants, and powerful gems; the story chalices are the ones with 99% ritual materials as loot. They are also very challenging to run through, with your HP being halved, and incredibly powerful enemies lurking around every corner. I just don't think you guys have done the actual end-game chalice experience, spelunking with 2 other bros not knowing what is around the corner. It could be a literal BOSS as a mob out of nowhere, or some strange enemy or enemy variant you have never seen before. I don't think they are a waste of time or shitty at all and I like them.

I want the game to be good enough all the way through to not be bored halfway through NG+. Since bonfire ascetics aren't going back so you can't choose which zones and bosses to play in NG+, they need to do it. I just can't touch DaS after Anor Londo for some reason (even at the start of Anor Londo sometime), and NG+ is a big replayability factor for me, especially if they change the enemy placements like in DaS2.

I don't want ADP to be back, but if something like Resistance comes back, at least make it useful. I still want END + VIT to stay though.

Initially, I wanted a mix of SM + SL calculation for multiplayer (especially for twinking), but after seeing how the host has 40% more health than the invader and NEEDS to have 1 to 3 summons to be invaded (in addition to how the invader can get estus back the more he kills summons, so if there's 1 summon, he can get 2 estus back, if there are 3 summons, he can get 6 estus back), I have no problem with twinking anymore (I'm probably even going to do it myself, to see how balanced it is around that).

You don't have to have half HP, it's a rite you can do to heighten the drop rate of rarer items.

It also makes it more of a thrill. You can die at any point. Some people just don't see the appeal of chalice dungeons but a lot of people actually enjoy them as evidenced by how active the Short Root Ritual Chalice is.

The engine is a bit more primitive in Demons and the movement is like an unpolished DaS1, but even an unpolished DaS1 is loads better than DaS2.

I can't stand how movement feels in Dark Souls 2. It's like all of Drangleic is slicked down in oil and your character is slipping around everywhere. I fucking hate it.

I want the worst type of souls fans to fucking HATE this game.

The types I speak of? The type who experienced DaSII as their first souls game.

When watching footage of Demon Souls, Dark Souls and Bloodborne, they are all heard to be saying trash such as "WTF why does the movement seem so floaty! Whats with the limited fast travel?"

I want Dark Souls III to be LITERALLY unplayable for what I consider to be the most cancerous soulsfags in existence.

Bloodborne's a separate game. It did a lot of things differently from the other souls games that I don't expect to be in DaS3. Also, the test was a network test designed specifically to stress the network. They wanted to put as many players in-game as possible.

Again, it's just speculation, but I think it's reasonable.

The last half of the game drops off a bit, but lost izalith is the only actual bad area. Tomb of Giants is short but does what it does pretty well, Dooks has a couple things that annoy me like the unavoidable(unless you skip) death required to progress but is a solid area overall and the crystal caves are neat, and new londo gets a bit dull on repeat playthroughs but the first time through is great and really atmospheric.
