Saw this being sold on Steam, never heard of it before but it seems to have mostly positive reviews. Is it any good?

It's good if you like extremely non-casual hardcore games.
I didn't like it. This is one of my top choices for Internet hype building up disappointment.
I was told that this is the next Bionic Commando (NES version at least). I put that game as one of the Top 10 NES games, and this as junk. Never got used to the physics and how random they felt.

It's pretty fun, but the physics and controls takes a while to get used to. It can get pretty bullshit hard quick, but once you figure it out it feel nice.

I just don't get the theme of the game, enemies are fish with legs, platforms are shit related to school, backgrounds are related to Japan somehow, she's a girl with a lure and then they made an anime out of this.
All 3 of the Umihara Kawase games are fun, but can get balls-breaking hard pretty quick. Some people say its the "Demon Souls" of puzzle-platformers.
