Let's pretend for a moment that Paradox won't shit out a rushjob cashgrab that is Josh Sawyer's VtmB 2 in the next 2 years.
How would you design VtmB 2 and improve over the original? I'd say that the first step would be to move it to present day.

Well I'd be suprised if that's not what they do anyway.
A world that feels a lot more alive and expansive is the most important thing I think. A good sized open city with hidden factions and people to influence. Something to really RP in.
