only games I care for are Persona 5 and Nier Automata.
I can play the first one on my PS3 and for the looks of it, Nier might go to Xbone or PC later
KH3, FFXV and FFVIIRE are no longer exclusive and probably releasing on PC too since they already ported FFXIII.

let's be real, this is just your opinion. Personally, the PS4 sits at the bottom of the list for me because there are no exclusives worth playing outside of Bloodborne. My biggest regret last gen was buying a PS3. I hated the thing. There's no way in hell I'll buy a PS4 when I already have a gaming PC and a WiiU. I'll probably get an Xbone, but fuck Sony and fuck the PS4.
