This game is what finally made me decide that I'm bored of shooters. Not anything wrong with the game itself, as a after of fact it's fantastic. Solid mechanics, cool set pieces, lots of enemies, fun weapons.
But I guess I'm just bored of shooting games. Even on the highest difficulty, its too easy, you just click on some heads, look around for some healing items and ammo, rinse and repeat when you get to the next encounter. I need to expand my vidya horizons, maybe I'll go full weeb and try some JRPGs. I heard Lightning Returns has good combat
It was pretty mediocre. The fact that people praised it so much shows how starved we are for decent FPS games.

Ehhhh. It's probably the least awful FF13 game but you can pick better out of JRPGs. Try FF5 or Dragon Quest 8 or somethung to start. Maybe Radiant Historia, that has interesting combat.
