Sometimes the game just feels too lonely. I havnt played it in months though and I know there's been tons of updates.
Have they gotten any closer to it becoming a game with some sort of direction? It's suppose to have a story line and have Jennifer Hale as one of the voices.

Jennifer Hale is already the female voice, and the male voice is the guy who voiced male Shepard, funnily enough.
The story mode still isn't unlocked though, so with regards to direction, there really isn't more direction than "explore and survive"
But survival is really hard, especially on the highest difficulty

Really immersive.You really feel the wind and the cold due to the sound design and mechanics.
Hearing wolves howl in the distance puts you on edge.
Hunting deer with a bow and arrow makes it necessary to do things like follow the blood trails to find your kill because they don't die right away.
My real only complaint is that wolves are way waaay too aggressive, though they've said that it's just for gameplay purposes so it doesn't become boring.
Nothing more comfy than getting back to your cabin after a long day of hunting with a fresh kill and cooking it on a nice fire before going off to bed.
Refreshing to see a survival game that isn't about zombies.

Also I can't find maple saplings anywhere. I walked pretty much all of the Mystery Lake area and I only managed to find birch ones. Annoying as fuck.

I find The Witcher 3 to be insanely comfy.

TW3 is filled with some serious comfy moments. Ard Skellige is probably the most comfiest place though in my humble opinion.
