Can /v/ make fallout 3 have less crashes?
Specs:
Windows 10
8GB Memory
AMD E1-1200 Dual Core 1.4ghz
Integrated AMD HD Radeon 7310 256MB
Crashes atleast about every 30min and usually during loading. Also another issue is the radio doesn't play during dialogue except when 3-dog speaks. No internet so I can't download patches/mods.

I think its easily fixed by uninstalling the game, that way, you won't have to worry about it since you can't see it

Basically lower your view distance to balls level, lower the persistance time of in game objects etc.
Also run it in windowed mode, its less demanding
