ETS2, Elite Dangerous, DCS, Dirt Rally, Project cars, Subnautica, Windlands, Meltdown, Toybox Turbos. Dolphin and PPSSPP VR. There are a lot of games with VR if you just look. Oculus share demos aren't that great, they're just tech demos. I for one can't see how you would want to play ETS2 normally on a monitor after playing it in VR with a wheel and the branch with the updated SDK.
