Is Titan Quest what Diablo 3 should have been?
Diablo II is what Diablo III should have been.
Path of Exile, PSO2 and Tree of Savior are good alternatives. Because they're not just Diablo clones.

beside that these games usually have depthful equipment and resources management, skill-mana management, new skill learning and leveling and other fun things that Diablo3 all misses.

I wish we could get another game like TQ, mostly it's locations and artstyle. D3 had a couple neat areas but nothing as beautiful as TQ, then you have PoE which looks like a pile of mud.
