Because most of those games were Japanese games. PC gets 0 Japanese games, unless you count ports of previous generation games and delayed versions. TPP and The Evil Within are the ONLY Japanese games to have been released on the same day as consoles. Every other game is either generations old (Valkyria Chronicles, Disgaea) or delayed (Dark Souls). Most Japanese games don't even have PC versions, in fact I dare say only 20% of all Japanese games have PC versions.

I played PSU and AoTI for years on pc you can rebind all the controls to a ps2 controller or a 360 controller which is what I used to use
