Being a PC gamer is literally being better at being a gamer than anyone else. It's equivalent to bringing Subway, a bag of Doritos, a bottle of Gatorade and a pack of cigarettes for lunch to the school cafeteria while everyone else is eating cheesy bread and drinking bagged milk. The body count of the console peasants I've squashed in debates regarding the subject is in the nigh hundreds. When I post on /v/ and I see someone even imply that buying a console when you could buy a PC with better performance, I cachinnate. Why would you willingly gimp yourself in your passion and doddle with the balls of your (now) corporate overlord with your paid online and on-disk DLC? And you want to know the most flavorful part of this whole ideal? Being a PC gamer isn't just superior graphics, superior library, or any of that, although it includes it. It represents being a true gamer, period. It represents freedom.
