No. It's upscaled to 1080p, but I doubt it comes with the level of antialiasing and AF you can do on PCSX2.

If you talk to any vendor and follow a certain sequence you receive a broken dagger attachment if you place it on any weapon it gives it max attributes and other perks shit like big bux poison etc

holy shit, that would have helped alot against the final boss. took my 15 minutes to find out how to actually do any damn damage and with that im only doing like 150-220 damage. the first part too me almost 45 minutes to beat and not training osmund up much really gimped me on the second battle. the only reason I was even able to beat the game was because of money and 40+ revival powders
So the answer is, no. there's really no antialiasing and no anisotropic filtering added to the game.
The framerate is ROCK solid though, which is pretty great, but expected.
No, it'll never be as good as PC emulation. But it's alright, i guess.
