1 - Sony is the only one of the envolved companies that directly competes with all of them.
2 - Sony drove Nintendo to sheer irrelevancy with the PS1 by stealing all their third party support. From night to day they went from the ones calling the shots to a glorified nobody trapped in its own clusterfuck. They also tried for years on end to prove there wouldn't be a PS4 with hourly threads, then tried to prove it would flop hard as fuck and that the Wii U would prosper like pic related. Every single thing failed them and nintendrones are still mad as all fuck.
3 - Microsoft has no place in this industry because it's always trying to fill in Sony's shoes while offering less than them because they only pander to the american market, whereas sony panders to everybody. They've lost three gens in a row and the ps4 is humiliating the xbone. Xboners are mad as all fuck.
4 - Mustards keep chanting their fantasy drivel about how consoles are dying, churning down their delusion for years on end that the 8th gen would flop and yadda yadda. Then comes the PS4 and smashes every record on the book and leave them speechless, with the added fact that despite the bone being humiliated by the ps4, it's still ahead of the 360 in the same time frame. I'll add that the emulator Sony made is inferior to PCSX2, it's laughable. Most of the games I've played (Star Wars Racer Revenge, Jedi Starfighter and Dark Cloud) all have consistent framerate drops that make the games nearly unplayable.
Say whatever you want about Microsoft, but at least they are doing backwards compatibility right on Xbone, and seem to actually fucking care. Every 360 game I've played on my Xbone has run just fine, and looks much better than it did on the 360, in many cases the games actually run better on the 360 emulator.
Add to it that Microsoft doesn't fucking charge you for a game you already own like $ony does.
