What I love about this game is that everything is localized, for example if you put items on auction house in a village, the items will only be on auction hosue in THAT village. Same with stores, banks etc. You have to think and look at how popular the town is and to figure out if it's worth investing there.
Also the workers and gathering system, you have to actually explore the world and find towns and look around if this town has any resources around them, like in Civ5, then figure out if it's worth investing in that town.
Hiring workers, giving them jobs, having to build houses for them, building carriages, having to transport your goods from one town to another manually etc.

all of that shit was implemented in the korean version of the game, they changed a lot of shit for the non-asian versions of the game, you can activate pvp at level 30 in the RU/NA versions instead of level 50, they made nights darker, monsters arent as piss easy as they are in korea/japan among other crap i forgot
