Playing an actual; instrument is easier than rock band etc and rhythm games like otsu and miku are usually shit and you're not really tapping the rhythm out,. you're just tapping the rhythm of the lead singer out and extreme is easier than the easier difficulties because you're tapping each note or w/e out and not skipping them.
