I see what he means, not a normal action meant for something else, but a button designed with the intent to kill the player character. Lego Star Wars had a button where if you were a droid you'd blow yourself up, and would the blast mask from Majora's Mask count? It doesn't kill you in one shot but it would kill you if you were low on health.
Dayz has a dedicated suicide button.
