Most racing games (rubberbanding)

Every shooter game by definition (every FPS bot uses aimbot, none of them try to visually recognize the player. This is important because they often see through things that the player can't, like grass. This is very obvious in games like STALKER)

This. They don't even try to hide it.

Faggot-ass CPU players will be sitting at zero gold and losing 100+ gold per turn (meaning their military units should be disappearing due to no upkeep) and not only do they have to deal with any internal strife, they can still invade your ass with a dozen or more units.

The CPU also ignores negative happiness and gets gigantic production and science bonuses unless you're playing on the retardo-easy difficulty. Vanilla Civ 5 is bullshit, install balancing mods.

Guards needing to set off alarms and yell for help is GOAT.
Thief 1/2 and MGS3 are great in this regard.
MGS1, 2, and 4 get a pass because it's canon that the guards are connected by a nanomachine neural net, specifically for this purpose.

Any of the Fight Night games. Especially Round 2. The AI will block 90 percent of any random combination you throw at them and at time the only way to win is to exhaust yourself to the point where you can only throw one punch. And it's very blatant.

As you get farther into the single player, the AI starts blatantly reading your inputs and reacting to them at the speed of light.

RTS is a large offender because its easier to give a dumb ai and advantage than code a smart but not omnipotent ai with the same resources.

I remember playing C&C, carried out airstrike to destroy all 4 silos (each can hold 1400 credits)
Within seconds I see all 4 rebuild at the same time (not possible to build more than one building at a time)
Next I see their harvester come in and fill all 4 silos in one load (normally one load = 700credits, 4silos+refinery=6600 credits)

the AW1 and 2 AI is brutal. on FoW they can shoot at any tile regardless if they can see it or not, except for forests/reefs. though that said they always know when you're hiding in those spots anyway.
thankfully the AI is really dumb and easy to abuse, so the cheating is just there to make them seem like they can put up a fight

No, I'm here to tell you that your example is "wah, this game cheats hard" when it barely does at all.
The worst it gets is in the obviously titled "Hard Mode", and even then the game is designed with those mechanics well in mind.
"Cheating" would fall more under the gate to "Save Jodie" closing a second before it's supposed to.

It's not that the game can't be beaten. It's that you have to know that you need several more dice than a neighbor to attack their cell. Also, starting with some corner/edge cells with two or less neighbors is extremely helpful.

That's a pretty ridiculous claim for cheating, what would you expect, the game to render a 1st person perspective for every AI character in use, attempt to identify the player purely based on the image and then discard it?

That is both impractical and so disastrously inefficient that I doubt it could ever make it into an actual game.

Dude FN2 was great, you just literally need to git gud. Create openings using parrys, hell even blocking. If they block high, punch low, vice versa. Make sure you don't bite the AI's parrys. Wind up your haymakers. I didn't have trouble at all once I got the hang of it. Game is fucking GOAT. Round 3 (or 4, I can't remember) was shit, they changed the amazingly precise controls for no fucking reason.
