Previous tales had some standard RPG fare bullshit, but beneath the bullshit was something special. Symphonia had a GOTY villain, Abyss had interesting character development, Vesperia had interesting themes, etc.
Zestiria just doesn't give a fuck anymore. It's more bullshit than fucking Final Fantasy now.

Game is pretty good so far. Equipment abilities should have been more thoroughly explained, but it's simple enough to pick up. All the girls are cute as fuck. Them god mother fucking damn heels. Just perfect japan.
