It won't be 5.3.2, ninty knows about jailbreaking, they even updating bundles with previously safe version of fw because of it. Not in the hell that fortissimo bundle will be lower than 5.5.
Exploits for 5.5 is there, but they are privatte for now. There was info about leaks recently, but probably we won't see it before February anyway.
At least loadiine GUI is being developed, soon it will be userfriendly as fuck even if only on 5.3.2.

You'll probably fuck it up, since Wii U is updating even in sleeping mode. You need to completely disconnect yourself from internet and dlcs, or bother yourself with blocking pushing updates on the console. And nobody can guarantee that it won't be on entirely new fw on the moment of delivery.
