He looks at metacritic and he sees that the ps3 version has a higher score than the ps4 version.

The problem with 夏色 is there is a LOT to translate, but it would be guaranteed to be reviewed poorly and not sell well. It's most likely not worth the investment. They might still do it, lord knows weirder things have been localised, but I wouldn't bet on it.

EDF 2 (which is what the Vita one is) was probably the best EDF game before 2025, at least eye em aych oh, and the Vita one adds an extra class and runs well. I'd say if you want to kill a billion aliens on the go, it's a good choice. I had two hour-long train rides every weekday for the last few months and it (the Japanese version) kept me sane.

The draw distance feels like the only real blemish on this game's visuals. It's low compared to 2017P, but at the least they could have have foilage/buildings fade in rather than just pop in as a complete object.

I thought so, yeah. Its runs really well, a lot of the missions are pretty heavily remixed, the Air Raider's new stuff is really nice (especially the spider tank), there are a lot of quality of life improvements like getting up from ragdolling faster and Wing Divers recovering from ragdolling in mid air, the Fencer's miniguns boosting in a usable parabola when you're moving now instead of always just straight up.
If you played 2025 to death you might get bored after not extremely long, but I still think it's worth it.
